Shipping + Returns
Eligible items may be returned up to 10 days after they are received. Please refer to the item's product listing for any applicable information about returns. After 10 days, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Items that are not available for return or exchange include any live plants, artwork, Skyline furniture, R.T. Facts lamps, toboggans, mobiles, pacifiers, teethers, and any items whose product listings specify that returns are not allowed. To make a return, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you complete return instructions. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, as well as whether your refund is approved. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you complete return instructions.
To return your product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you complete return instructions. Shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
